Great to meet you!

You're used to holding it all together, but lately something feels off. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, stuck in self-doubt, navigating a major life transition, struggling with stress, or finding it difficult to balance the demands of daily life. On the outside, you may appear successful, high-functioning, and capable while internally feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of your next step. Therapy offers a space to slow down, gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself.

I offer in-person in therapy & sports performance therapy in the Fan District of Richmond, VA and virtual therapy throughout Virginia, Washington DC, and Alaska.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is not just about talking through problems—it’s about helping you understand your nervous system, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, sports performance therapy, and HRV biofeedback to help clients manage anxiety, improve emotional wellbeing, build resilience

What you can expect from me

Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, a major life transition, or feeling stuck in old patterns, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll identify what's keeping you stuck and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded, resilient, confident, and connected to the life you want to live.
