I’m Desiree Trinidad, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, offering statewide telehealth services. I specialize in couples therapy, anxiety, depression, stress, divorce recovery, and supporting women in substance use recovery. I use an integrative approach, combining CBT, DBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. My goal is to help clients find clarity, resilience, and growth as they navigate life’s challenges.
