Great to meet you!

You might question your resilience, wondering if you have the strength to face the difficulties life has to throw your way. I have been where you are, pondering the same question, 'how can I move forward?' Unfortunately, there is no magic formula and no magic wand to erase the past, or memories. I help my client's find footing again in the darkness. I have extensive training in trauma-informed counseling in radical acceptance therapies. I typically utilize a mix of existential and jungian philosophy to help my clients identify a window into their next part of their journey, and acceptance and commitment therapy to help my clients shift focus towards the things within their control.

My approach to therapy

During our time together, we’ll be in a safe environment. I will be with you as support. My goal is to help you find your way to the drivers seat in your life - finding a way to take control of the next part of your journey. We will identify your goals together through goal-oriented and solutions-focused work.

What you can expect from me

Finding peace and connection with where you are now and where you came from, then learning how to protect it is our mission. There are powerful strategies available to you. We will unite your current achievements and passions along with reality and find you order and tranquility. Call today and let’s set up your free 15-minute consultation.
