BNI Who do you know that doesn’t believe in therapy? Therapy is prevention. Sometimes we perceive things a little different than the world does because of our past. Working with a therapist means you are strong enough to know that something needs to change. It is self care it isn’t only taking a bubble bath it’s going to the gym, and therapy is just like going to the gym for your brain and emotions. As a registered dance movement therapist I take a whole body approach in my practice. I will ask you how much have you worked out? What have you eaten this week? As a registered dance movement therapist I am nationally certified to work on a wellness level. There are only a handful of us in the state of Texas. I am also licensed in Washington.
