Great to meet you!
I earned my Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2012 and have developed my clinical experience across a variety of mental health settings, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, case management, individual and group therapy, care coordination, and crisis intervention. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while developing a comprehensive understanding of the many factors that can affect mental and emotional well-being.
I work with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional challenges, sexuality exploration, self-esteem concerns, grief and loss, or simply feel like they are struggling to find their way forward. Wherever you are in your journey, therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down, gain clarity, process what you’re experiencing, and begin creating meaningful change.
