Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical social worker, therapist and founder of Hope to Whole Wellness Collective. I earned my Master of Social work in Mental Health and Substance Use Treatment from Loyola University Chicago and I hold a BA from Illinois State University. My academic foundation, paired with many years of hands on clinical and community experience allows me to provide deeply informed, trauma -responsive care.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is culturally grounded, emotionally attuned and rooted in connection, meeting clients exactly where they are without judgement. I create space to offer more than therapy, but to offer a sanctuary for healing, self-restoration and empowerment. I want to see clients move from just surviving to actually thriving, from hope to wholeness.

What you can expect from me

I create safe and nurturing environments for clients. Building rapport and then figuring out the clients main needs for therapy while creating a plan to reach specific goals.
