Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree from the University of La Verne. I specialize in supporting adults navigating a variety of emotional and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration, drawing from a Humanistic framework that honors each person’s unique experiences and strengths. I strive to meet you where you are and create a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you in this process.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely care about the people I work with and feel honored to support them in their healing journey. My goal is to help you grow, reconnect with your sense of purpose, and move toward the goals that are meaningful to you.

I support adults through every phase of life, helping them navigate life’s challenges with care and understanding. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, family conflict, gender and sexual identity, self-esteem, relationship issues, chronic health concerns, autism spectrum disorders, and trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to each person’s unique journey.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up just as you are. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices. These approaches allow us to explore how past experiences may be shaping your present, while also building practical tools to help you manage challenges in the here and now. Every person’s journey is unique, so I tailor our work to fit your specific needs and strengths. Together, we’ll create a path forward that supports healing, self-awareness, and lasting change.
