Great to meet you!
Many women come to therapy during seasons of change- pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, relationship shifts, or major life transitions that can feel overwhelming or isolating. I specialize in supporting women who are healing from trauma, navigating identity changes, and trying to find balance while caring for everyone else. Therapy with me is a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin reconnecting with yourself.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a dual master’s degree in Social Work and Public Health. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered- not judged or rushed. I specialize in supporting women, mothers, families, and individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, and self-worth. I’m especially passionate about women’s mental health, pregnancy, postpartum support, and the emotional transitions that come with motherhood.
Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also gaining practical tools to navigate stress, trauma, and major life changes. Clients often describe me as warm, calm, and easy to talk to. I balance compassion with practical strategies so you leave sessions not only feeling understood, but also with tools you can apply in your daily life.
Therapy with me is collaborative-we work together at your pace to create meaningful, lasting change and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
