Great to meet you!

If you're caught in cycles of worry, stuck in grief, or trying to figure out who you are on the other side of a major life change, you've come to the right place. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and those difficult in-between moments when life is asking more of you than you feel ready to give. My goal is to help you feel genuinely understood, and to leave each session with a clearer sense of what comes next.

My approach to therapy

In our work, we’ll slow things down so you don’t feel overwhelmed. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to notice and shift patterns that keep you stuck, trauma-informed care so we move at a pace that feels safe for you, and solution-focused strategies when you’re craving practical tools you can use right away. Sessions are a mix of talking, gentle reflection, and concrete steps you can try between visits.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I’ll invite you to share what’s been feeling hardest lately and what you’re hoping might be different. You don’t need the “perfect” words or a clear plan—that’s what we’ll create together. It’s normal to feel nervous at first. My role is to offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can say the things you haven’t said out loud yet and start to feel a bit lighter as we figure out your next steps.
