Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a psychotherapist was born out of personal experiences, growing up in a community and culture where mental health was and still is stigmatized. I will support you to navigate challenges such as trauma, self-identify/image issues, anxiety, feelings of sadness and not being enough, challenges dealing with family dynamics, learning how to communicate with loved ones.

My approach to therapy

Through honest exploration and conversations, centered on curiosity, validation and desire to understand you and also help you untangle those knots, I will utilize a client centered approach, CBT, DBT, solution focused interventions etc to guide us towards achieving your goals.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not a one size fits all. Therefore, I will work with you, providing a safe non-judgmental space as you process and explore life challenges. We would explore how to utilize your power of choice as well as the strengths I know you have.
