I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare, 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, and 6 years of experience as an advanced practice provider focusing on anxiety, depression, insomnia, and ADHD. I hold a Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Memphis and a Post Masters certification from Maryville University. I am passionate about assisting patients in "returning to better days" by integrating holistic care and working closely with patients to achieve their treatment goals.

I am here to assist the patient in navigating life's challenges by helping you to develop a solid plan of care that is tailored to your specific needs. With the development of this collaborative plan of care, it is my goal to aid you in developing the best version of yourself throughout your mental health journey.

During our initial session together we will explore what initiated you to seek mental health services by allowing you share pertinent details related to your mental health journey. From there we will create a treatment plan, so as the provider I am able ensure that I am consistently meeting your needs in an environment that is open, warm, and trusting. In subsequent session we will continually refine the treatment plan until you feel comfortable and stable.
