Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress.

I have extensive experience working in school and community mental health settings and enjoy supporting adolescents, college students, student-athletes, parents, and adults. My style is solution-oriented, empowering, and direct, while always remaining compassionate and nonjudgmental. My goal is to help you gain practical tools, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to your individual needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating strength-based, solution-focused, family systems, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques.

Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical coping strategies, improve communication, and build on your existing strengths. I believe therapy should provide both insight and actionable steps, so you'll leave sessions feeling empowered with tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building rapport and establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll spend time getting to know one another as we discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current concerns, and what you hope to accomplish.

Together, we'll identify your strengths, explore the challenges you're facing, and begin developing goals that are meaningful to you. My approach is warm, direct, and supportive, creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and leave with a plan and practical next steps to begin your journey toward positive change.
