Therapy is my life’s work and I’m honored to hold space for others on their healing journeys. My background includes working in non-profit advocacy with adolescent survivors of sexual abuse and trauma, as well as supporting college students navigating unique challenges as they work toward their goals.
As a queer-identified, Black woman and devoted dog mom, I understand the importance of finding a therapist who truly sees you. I'm dedicated to helping you step into your best self with clarity, confidence, and balance.
