Great to meet you!
Growing up, after personally experiencing the powerful and life changing impact the right therapist can have on an individuals life, I have had the goal of being a therapist myself. As someone who has had countless hours from ‘both sides of the couch’ I bring a strong person-center, client driven approach to therapy looking at it as a collaboration between everyone involved. I believe this approach and collaboration helps create treatment and sessions that is as unique as the individual and to do so in a space that can feel free of judgment and allow the person to fully explore whatever it is they need to unpack and discuss. I graduated from Antioch University New England in 2017 and have been working in community mental health in Brockton, MA since which has allowed me to work with people of many diagnoses, cultures, backgrounds, socioeconomic stats and unique individual needs. I have worked with many formally incarcerated men, including experience doing therapy inside prisons. Starting at Antioch I began working with and researching eating disorders and have been active in the community since. In Brockton I am the clinician that takes on eating disorder clients and act as a consultant regionally for the company. I have worked closely with a Registered Dietitian for years who I use to both refer clients to and/or use as a consultant to provide a holistic approach to treating eating disorders.
