Great to meet you!
I believe therapy is a place where you can feel supported, understood, and empowered as you navigate life’s challenges and changes. With four years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with children, teens, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities. I have a strong passion for working with young adults, mothers and women.
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Ursuline College. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and the stress that can come with major life transitions.
Life can bring unexpected changes, difficult seasons, and moments when you simply need someone in your corner. It would be an honor to support you through whatever you may be facing and to create a safe space where you can feel heard, valued, and accepted.
