Great to meet you!

I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I use a personable, direct approach and will work with you to establish clear goals and a plan to help you work toward a place of grounding and in a place to make small changes over time. I know how at times it can be difficult to establish agency over our lives and feel as if life is just happening to us without any control over the circumstances and difficulty knowing how to cope emotionally.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Forming genuine connections with clients and helping individuals to feel safe in our space together. I am able to balance being direct and gentle at the same time.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session, I will work to get to know you and learn what brings you in and what you are hoping to work on. It is helpful to know your past experience with therapists as well and what works/doesn't work for you based on those experiences. In the following session, we can set more concrete goals for sessions moving forward.
