I received my Master's of Science in Nursing from Yale School of Nursing and am ANCC board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and an Adult Nurse Practitioner.

I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Personality disorders, Addiction Medicine.

My practice is client-centered, trauma- and LGBTQA+ - informed. My style is authentic, collaborative, direct and compassionate.

I believe in holistic care that takes into account complex adaptation to trauma, perimenopause/menopause, societal/cultural factors impacting wellness.

In our first session you can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment to discuss why you are seeking care. I conduct a thorough psychiatric diagnostic interview in our 60 min session and provide evidence-based treatment options. My follow-up sessions tend to be 20-30 minutes and may incorporate supportive therapy, psychoeducation with our medication management.
