Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring over 11 years of hands-on experience working alongside first responders and providing crisis intervention in hospital settings, including conducting evaluations in inpatient care. For the past five years, I’ve also successfully managed my own private practice, giving me a well-rounded perspective on both acute and ongoing mental health support. As a former athlete, I understand discipline, resilience, and the importance of mindset, and I’m passionate about helping people tap into their inner strength to find peace, balance, and success in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, and coping skills. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT, I help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how to shift them to create lasting change. Together, we’ll build practical tools you can use in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, clients can expect a supportive, structured, and judgment-free environment where they feel safe to share their story at their own pace. I focus on building rapport while gaining a clear understanding of your current challenges, history, and goals, drawing from my experience in both crisis intervention and ongoing care. Together, we begin identifying immediate needs and longer-term outcomes, such as developing coping strategies, improving emotional stability, and creating a path toward personal growth and balance. I aim to help you leave the session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
