Great to meet you!

The best part of being a therapist is being able to walk with a person as they explore their own personal growth and get through some of the most challenging parts of their life. I have the pleasure of helping by educating with tools and strategies that can be helpful along the way. I enjoy working with individuals as they learn to be their best selves and operate in the world they currently live in regardless of what that looks like.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients to create a safe space where they are free to process through their thought, feelings, and emotions. When working with clients I like to have a strengths-based focus as well as a holistic approach that considers the whole picture that can help with the overall wellness of the individual.

What you can expect from me

My goal for all of my clients is that they will gain the tools they need to overcome what they may have been through as well as deal with whatever life sends their way in the future.
