Great to meet you!

Athlete mental health means supporting the whole person, not just the competitor. My experience as a licensed clinical social worker and former professional athlete led me to founded Inspire U to support the person behind the performance. As the first social worker hired full-time by an NFL club to support former players through transition, I have built a unique career helping athletes, professionals, and high-performing individuals navigate the mental and emotional demands of stress, success, identity, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I understand the pressure to compete, meet expectations, and manage life beyond sport. My work with athletes has reinforced my belief that mental health support should care for the whole person. I help clients process stress, identity, anxiety, trauma, transition, and the emotional challenges that can come with achievement.

What you can expect from me

No matter the stage of the game, I provide a supportive space for athletes, from student-athletes to professionals and former athletes, to better understand yourself. We will work on building emotional tools, navigate stress or transition, and reconnect with who you are beyond what you do, produce, or accomplish.
