Great to meet you!

Welcome! I emphasize counseling that is collaborative with the client and help you feel in control of your treatment. We work as a team to identify strengths, areas needing improvement, goals, and treatment.

I specialize in individuals' struggles within personal relationships and family-of-origin concerns, as well as trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety. I am here to assist you in learning new ways of thinking and behaving that will elevate your quality of life. Life doesn't have to be so hard. Let me assist you in shining some light on a healthier future.

I look forward to getting to know you!

My approach to therapy

My therapy style puts the client first. I strive for the experience to feel comfortable and laid back; therapy should not add to your stress! I utilize humor to connect, but can be warm and gentle when appropriate. This mix has proven to work well for clients wishing to address family/childhood issues, trauma, personality disorders, and anxiety and depression.

What you can expect from me

The first session should help you to feel seen and heard, which many may have struggled to feel in their past. I want to hear in your own words what strengths you have and what struggles you would like to address, all in a judgment-free and compassionate setting.
