Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, client-centered, and results-driven, aimed at providing tools you can use immediately to manage stress, anxiety, and other difficulties. I work with clients to break unhelpful patterns, set achievable goals.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to ask for help. I’m here to support you through whatever you’re facing — whether it’s stress, anxiety, or navigating a tough life transition. I'll work alongside you to uncover what’s holding you back and develop practical strategies.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a calm, judgment-free space. We’ll move at your pace and focus on creating safety and trust. You don’t have to share everything right away—we’ll simply start by getting to know one another, discussing what brings you here, and what you’d like to get out of our time together. Healing starts with feeling safe and understood, and that’s where we begin.

For younger clients, the first session is all about getting to know each other in a fun and relaxed way. We might play a game or do an activity while we talk about things you like, your family, and what made you want to come to therapy. It’s a time to get comfortable and understand that therapy is a safe space to talk, share, and be yourself.
