Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Devon, I am a compassionate and dedicated Queer therapist. How can I help? I support individuals with trauma processing, coping with life transition and change, navigating and understanding neurodivergence, relationships/friendship difficulties, and exploring identity. I work with folks within the LGBTQIA+ community, adolescents and adults, and from varying backgrounds. I utilize evidenced based practices that are geared towards ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, complex-trauma, emotional dysregulation, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I like to meet you where you are. My approach is grounded in understanding, respect, and a deep commitment to creating a non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely to explore the challenges you're facing and make lasting change. I utilize a trauma-informed and intersectional conscious lens while utilizing interventions from DBT, EMDR, CBT, ACT, and IFS modalities.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together we will review and go over consent and policies. We will mix together getting to know each other and having space to lift some weight off by sharing goals and discuss what you are looking to address in our time together. I hope to create a space where you can feel comfortable to ask me questions and advocate for what you may need.
