Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of New York with more than ten years of practice experience working with individuals who have experienced a variety of mental health challenges including, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I have a passion for supporting those struggling to maintain emotional health and wellness by offering guidance in an array of therapeutic activities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy style is to provide you a space to share your story and receive support in developing goals we will work through together. Specific intervention approaches will be selected with your input and may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Beginning therapy can be a challenging first step. I will do my best to help you feel at ease and answer any questions you may have about getting started. The first session will be an opportunity for us to learn a little about each other and understand your reasons for seeking help. I will also share with you about my professional expertise and suggest possible approaches to addressing your concerns.
