Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy is often the hardest, and by being here, you are already doing that. Seeking support reflects a willingness to move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and goals. Change can begin with something as simple as reaching out, scheduling a consultation, or searching for mental health services. The ability to grow and heal already exists within you. My role is to walk alongside you throughout that process — offering guidance, support, and at times helping you pause and reflect before making your next move.

My approach to therapy

Whether this is your first experience with therapy or one of many steps in your journey, I strive to provide a calm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help challenge unhelpful thought patterns and move toward change.

What you can expect from me

First session would focus on reviewing the completion of the sent assessment. From there we would focus on building rapport and exploring your reason for seeking services. This would be initiated in a calm manner with various clarifying questions.
