Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield. Over the past four years, I've worked with adults, adolescents, and seniors, and I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. I bring a warm, down-to-earth presence to my work, and I want every client to feel they can show up exactly as they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, so we can understand what's keeping you stuck and build practical steps toward change together. I tailor each session to what you bring in that day whether that's anxiety, depression, grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, or challenges tied to being a woman navigating life's transitions. I believe healing happens through collaboration, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talk through what's bringing you to therapy right now. I'll ask about your history, your goals, and what you're hoping will feel different. By the end, you'll leave with a clearer sense of how we'll work together moving forward.
