Hello! It's nice to meet you! I am a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner which means I can diagnose and treat mental health conditions. I am able to independently provide psychotherapy and prescribe medications as part of treatment. I treat a large variety of mental health conditions and I am big on meeting clients where they are at in life mentally and make a plan from there.

I prefer to meet my clients where they are in their mental health journey and help them create a safe and personalized treatment plan that works for them, their family and pets while still helping the client hold themselves accountable to their goals.
