Clinical Excellence with a Human-Centered Perspective

My foundation in psychiatric care has been shaped by both advanced clinical training and meaningful experience caring for individuals during various stages of their mental health journey. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University and my Master of Science in Nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Wilkes University.

In addition to my graduate training, my clinical experience includes serving as an Assistant Director of Patient Care within inpatient and emergency psychiatric settings at Jersey City Medical Center. In this role, I collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure thoughtful, individualized, and high-quality care.

I view treatment as a collaborative process. My goal is not simply symptom reduction, but helping patients cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and lasting emotional well-being. I work closely with each individual to understand their experiences and identify meaningful yet realistic goals that will be sustainable for their lifestyle.

Whether navigating anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, or periods of emotional upheaval, I aim to provide a thoughtful and nonjudgmental space where patients can feel supported in moving forward with necessary tools for greater well-being.
