Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed mental health therapist in Washington and Texas.

I recognize life has many challenges and obstacles at all ages and whether we overcome them successfully or still struggle with them, we have the choice to grow from them. I believe that we have choices in life and the abilities to grow from our challenges. My philosophy is to support my clients as they navigate through these obstacles. I want to support clients in overcoming their struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to strive to offer a non-judgmental and comfortable space for clients and make them feel safe to share their stories. I utilize different evidence-based theories to guide clients. The most important is clients feel safe, able to communicate, and feel respected in sessions.

What you can expect from me

I start off with an introduction session, which is where I get to know you and where you can tell me your history. You will be able to tell me what your goals are and what you want to work in therapy. From then, other sessions will be more at your pace and working toward your goals.
