For more than a decade, I've walked alongside New Jersey and greater Philadelphia residents through some of life's most challenging chapters: addiction, trauma, family conflict, life changes, and relationship stress. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in rehabilitation counseling, which means I meet you where you are and build around your strengths. With an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy, I utilize a multitude of evidenced-based practices and modalities to treat a wide-ranging clientele. I'm trained and experienced in using a variety of evidenced-based practices, and will lean into an integrative approach to ensure I can meet client's individual needs. I’ve provided individual and group therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, families and couples of diverse backgrounds within various environments, including but not limited to, outpatient, residential, in-home, in-community and partial hospitalization.

During your first session, we'll spend time building a rapport to assist in developing a therapeutic relationship, which continues throughout the relationship. While exploring what has brought you to make this life changing step, insight can be gained on the various evidenced-based therapeutic interventions that are best suited for you.
