I am a Licensed Professional Counselor teens, and adults across Texas. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, and life transitions. I also work with adolescents experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, and emotional challenges.
My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical, helping clients gain insight while developing tools they can use in everyday life.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, manage difficult emotions, and take meaningful steps toward the life they want to create.
I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and goals, balancing insight, skill-building, and practical strategies that support lasting growth and change.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to achieve through the counseling process. I'll ask questions about your background, relationships, and overall well-being to better understand your experiences.
My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. By the end of the session, we'll begin identifying goals and discussing a plan for moving forward together.
