Great to meet you!

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Daemen College. I earned two Master’s degrees from Canisius College: one in Mental Health Counseling and the other in School Counseling. I also hold three New York State licenses, including Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor Trainee (CASAC-T), and Certified School Counselor (CSC). Finally, I am pursuing a doctorate degree in school psychology through Capella University.

My approach to therapy

I started my Private Practice in Sept. of 2022. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, trauma therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

I also provide diagnoses, treatment plans, consultation, referrals for additional appropriate care, patient advocacy, and care recommendations.

What you can expect from me
