Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, identity exploration, and life transitions and/or stressors. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and aligned with who you want to be.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a collaborative partnership. My approach is warm, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, narrative therapy and trauma-focused modalities, while also exploring the deeper patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape how you see yourself and the world. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, and you can expect a supportive, judgment-free conversation focused on understanding your needs and identifying meaningful next steps.
