Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. They’re often carrying a lot for other people while quietly struggling themselves and wanting a space where they can finally slow down, process what they’re feeling, and feel supported without judgment.

I provide virtual therapy to adults and couples across Utah and Alabama and work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, and depression. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and enjoy supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood, including challenges related to anxiety, intrusive thoughts, identity changes, relationship stress, and the emotional weight that can come with caring for others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded. I use an IFS-informed, Narrative Therapy, relational, and EMDR-informed approach to help clients better understand their experiences, process difficult emotions and past experiences, and begin creating healthier patterns and more meaningful connection in their lives and relationships.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing, growth, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, trauma, motherhood, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and connected both with yourself and with the people who matter most to you. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk through it alone. I’m here to support you in finding clarity, confidence, healing, and healthier ways to move forward.

I use an IFS-informed, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR-informed approach to help clients process painful experiences, better understand the stories and patterns shaping their lives, and create space for meaningful and lasting change. Together, we work toward helping you feel more emotionally connected, empowered, and aligned with the life and relationships you want for yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story, exploring what’s bringing you to therapy, and identifying the goals, hopes, and changes that matter most to you.
