Great to meet you!

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

I believe that healing begins the moment you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. Seeking support is a courageous step, and my goal is to provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences, overcome life's challenges, and reconnect with your authentic self.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and the founder of Self Creation Holistic Counseling & Wellness. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University and have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief, low self-esteem, and substance use concerns.

I believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change, regardless of where they are in their journey. Therapy is not about changing who you are—it is about discovering your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping, and building a life that feels more balanced, peaceful, and fulfilling.

At Self Creation, I believe that true transformation comes from learning to care for yourself with compassion while embracing your ability to evolve. Whether you are facing a difficult season, working through past experiences, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My hope is that every session leaves you feeling more empowered and one step closer to becoming the person you were always meant to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to each individual. I integrate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and other therapeutic techniques that best meet your unique needs, goals, and values. Together, we focus not only on symptom relief but also on building resilience, emotional wellness, self-awareness, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. My priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood from the very beginning.

During this session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also ask about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any previous experiences with counseling so I can better understand your unique story. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll begin identifying your goals and discuss how therapy can best support your emotional well-being and personal growth. I'll answer any questions you have about the therapeutic process and explain how we'll work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that reflects your needs, values, and aspirations.

Many clients tell me they leave their first session feeling relieved, hopeful, and reassured that they no longer have to navigate life's challenges alone. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, empowered, and confident that you have a partner committed to helping you heal, grow, and create meaningful, lasting change.
