Great to meet you!

At Healing Raíces Psychotherapy LLC, I offer compassionate, culturally responsive telehealth therapy for individuals who are ready to heal at the root. “Raíces” means roots, and I believe meaningful healing begins when we gently explore the experiences, culture, relationships, and beliefs that have shaped who you are. As someone of Hispanic background, I understand the deep importance of an individuals roots. I honor the strength within those roots while creating space to explore the parts of your story that may need care, clarity, or healing. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and have several years of experience providing therapy in outpatient settings. I have worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, generational trauma, family stress, grief, and adjustment challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for change, we can move at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you. These experiences have strengthened my belief that healing happens when clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe meaningful change happens within a safe, supportive relationship, so I prioritize creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and free from judgment.

I care deeply about being of genuine support to my clients. I meet you where you are, honoring your lived experiences, your pace, and your unique story. Together, we explore what’s bringing you to therapy, identify your strengths, and gently work through the challenges that may feel overwhelming or unclear.

What you can expect from me

I can understand that finding a therapist you truly connect with can sometimes feel overwhelming or even out of reach. It takes courage to begin this process. Opening up about personal experiences, struggles, and vulnerabilities is not easy, especially with someone new. I deeply respect the strength it takes to share your story. Building trust and rapport takes time, and that’s okay. We move at a pace that feels safe for you. My hope is to make this process feel more approachable and supportive creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood. Above all, I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can show up authentically and feel supported as you grow. I offer guidance, practical tools, and compassionate curiosity as you deepen your self-understanding, strengthen self-trust, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
