Great to meet you!

Welcome to me page! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions. I am certified in perinatal mental health and also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns as well as families.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to empowering you with evidence-based tools while encouraging self-reflection and informed decision-making. You can expect a safe, non-judgmental environment where your thoughts, emotions, and concerns—especially those related to motherhood, identity shifts, and adjustment—are welcomed and validated.

I meet each person where they are in their life journey, focusing on the areas they feel ready to explore and supporting meaningful, sustainable growth at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our initial meeting, my focus is on gaining a thoughtful understanding of your goals for therapy, with particular care given to the emotional, relational, and physical transitions that can accompany pregnancy and the postpartum period. I provide a clinically grounded, compassionate space where we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.

The therapeutic relationship we build together is an essential part of the healing process. Through collaboration, trust, and attunement, we will identify meaningful goals and work toward sustainable growth that supports both your mental health and overall well-being.
