Great to meet you!

I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

Since 2016, I have worked in a variety of mental health settings, including outpatient health clinics.

Throughout my experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from different backgrounds and with a variety of needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and person-centered. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused approaches, while tailoring therapy to each person’s individual needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

I believe reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable being yourself. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, identify practical steps toward your goals, and work toward creating a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.
