Great to meet you!

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure."

I come from a biopsychosocial approach, while am also trauma-informed. Prior to entering the mental health field, I was a Division 1 College athlete, as well as did post graduate work and studies in nutrition and physical activity in relation to behavior change.

I am passionate about neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and how the brain forms new patterns. I serve all individuals and ages, with a background in working with neurodivergent clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, strenghts-based, and built upon trust. I view the therapeutic relation as mutual collaboration of guiding the client to clarity of their inner knowing.

What you can expect from me

I am in this field due to genuine care to assist clients into stepping into their full potential. During the first session, I will work with you to comfortably express yourself and begin to develop rapport.
