Great to meet you!

I work with adults (often in their 40s) who reach a point where something has to change—often due to relationship dissatisfaction, emotional fatigue, or long-standing patterns that no longer work. My clients tend to be thoughtful, sincere people who value personal growth and are ready to engage seriously in therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is reflective and direct. Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, we focus on understanding patterns and facing difficult truths with care and honesty. This work is best suited for clients who are willing to participate actively and take the process seriously.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to slow things down and get oriented. We’ll talk about what’s been bringing you to therapy now—particularly what feels unsustainable or no longer works—and begin to notice patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges, especially in relationships.

I’ll ask thoughtful, clarifying questions and listen carefully, rather than jump in with advice or solutions. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance or have everything figured out. By the end of the session, most clients have a clearer sense of whether this approach feels like a good fit and what it might be like to work together going forward.
