About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Colorado (LPC License # LPC. 0012882). I have been practicing psychotherapy since beginning my Master of Clinical Counseling program in 2010, at the University of Northern Colorado. Since graduating in 2012 with my Master in clinical counseling and school counseling, I have worked with individuals suffering from a wide range of psychological diagnoses, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), major depression, anxiety, as well as issues related to domestic violence, substance abuse, separation from loved ones and dislocation. My work experience includes working for several years as an outpatient psychotherapist in a well-known and established community mental health organization. In addition, I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which has been extensively researched and proven to effectively help clients with PTSD, anxiety, depression and other distressing life experiences.
