Great to meet you!

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents & adults. I have worked in hospital clinic settings, community settings and currently work full time for a private telehealth company.I have been recently trained in EMDR which I'm trying to use with clients that are appropriate for this type of structured therapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is is pretty laid back however I will ask questions to help dig a bit deeper. I am not pushy and will meet you where you are at meaning if you are not ready to talk about a sensitive topic I will not force you. I want you to feel safe and not judged.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in the sessions where I will help you sort out negative thinking patterns and help you redirect and challenge your thoughts. I also like to incorporate some mindfulness in my sessions.

What you can expect from me

I am hoping to help you process your thoughts and emotions and hopefully help you feel a sense of relief. I want you to feel comfortable and that you are able to learn some news skills to incorporate in your daily life so you are feeling more at ease and at peace.
