Great to meet you!

I work with people who are self-aware enough to know something isn't working but haven't been able to shift it on their own. My clients are often high-functioning: capable, thoughtful, sometimes driven to the point of exhaustion. They come in for anxiety, ADHD, relationship patterns, or a grief they haven't had space to fully feel.

I am an LMFT in the Los Angeles area. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from UCLA and a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from CSUN. I offer therapy in both English and Russian.

I bring warmth, honesty, and genuine curiosity to our work. I won't just listen and reflect; I'll actively collaborate, offer perspective, and sometimes gently push back when I think it will help. My goal is to help you access your own clarity, not hand you a script.

My approach to therapy

I treat you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a symptom checklist. My approach is integrative: I draw on psychodynamic work to understand how your past shapes your present, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a life guided by your values rather than your fears, and attachment-based approaches to examine how your relational patterns developed and how they can change.

Therapy with me is relational. That means the space between us, how you show up, what you avoid, how you connect, is itself useful information. The therapeutic relationship becomes a living example of what healthier connection can feel like. I'm particularly drawn to working with clients navigating anxiety, ADHD, identity questions, trauma history, and relationship dynamics that keep repeating.

What you can expect from me

Expect a real conversation, not an intake form read back to you. I'll ask about what brought you in, what you've already tried, and what you're hoping changes. I'm genuinely curious about your story - not just your symptoms.

You won't be handed homework in session one. We'll spend time understanding where you are, what patterns keep showing up, and what you actually want your life to look like. I offer flexible telehealth scheduling because the hardest part is often just getting started.
