Great to meet you!

In my 25 years as a therapist, I have helped countless individuals and families overcome challenges in their lives, and move towards a more stable and hopeful future. I trained at Columbia University, and have worked in various settings throughout New Jersey with clients throughout their life span.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My sessions are interactive and challenging, with a dose of humor thrown in. Starting a healing journey can be intimidating, but I believe that every person has the potential to move beyond their current challenges, and learn new ways to manage their thoughts and feelings.

What you can expect from our first session

In warm, client-centered sessions, clients can expect to examine the issues and experiences that brought them to therapy. Together, we will find ways for clients to cope with their lives, and instill hope for a greater future for themselves.
