Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, or other challenges in your life? Do you find yourself making impulsive decisions that are negatively impacting your well-being? You don’t have to navigate this alone. I provide a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain the support you need, and work toward reaching your full potential while building and maintaining positive, healthy relationships.

I have experience working with depression and mood disorders, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, infertility, life transitions, and women’s issues. I also offer parenting support, as well as family and individual therapy, using evidence-based techniques tailored to your unique needs.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or burned out, facing relationship challenges, or caught in cycles of anxiety and depression, I am here to support you. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a courageous and meaningful choice. You deserve a safe space to heal, grow, and thrive. In our work together, you will be met with kindness, care, and compassion every step of the way.

Let’s begin this journey together.

My approach to therapy

In my approach, I focus on each individual’s strengths to foster a healthy outlook and overall well-being. Through empowerment, I help clients recognize and build upon their unique talents, gifts, and skills as we explore how to apply these strengths more effectively throughout their life experiences.

I have successfully worked with individuals facing family issues and caregiver challenges, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, anxiety, stress, depression, ADHD, codependency, commitment issues, communication difficulties, control issues, Borderline Personality Disorder, Dependent Personality Disorder, and other personality and mood disorders.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will begin by getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. This is an opportunity for you to share your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels comfortable. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings, gain greater clarity, and begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together. We will also talk about what you hope to achieve in therapy and outline a collaborative plan tailored to your unique needs.
