Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I hold a master’s degree in social work and have worked in school-based and clinical settings supporting individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and adjustment-related concerns. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and developmentally appropriate interventions to support emotional growth and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I work to create a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and respected. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and developmentally appropriate interventions to support emotional regulation, insight, and resilience.

I believe therapy works best when it is practical, goal-oriented, and grounded in the client’s lived experiences. Together, we focus on building coping skills, strengthening self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, lasting change for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. We’ll focus on understanding your concerns, goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past, while beginning to identify strengths and priorities for treatment.

Together, we’ll discuss next steps and establish initial goals that feel realistic and meaningful. My aim is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer sense of direction and what therapy can offer moving forward.
