Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of clinical settings. I'm a bilingual clinician (English and Spanish) and bring a culturally responsive, compassionate, and client-centered approach to my work.

My clinical practice is grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and work collaboratively toward meaningful goals. I prioritize honoring each client’s pace, autonomy, and best interests while fostering emotional growth and resilience.

I am trained in evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress-related concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions.

I have evenings and weekend availability by appointment only.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client‐centered, and tailored to each person. I focus on creating a safe, non‐judgmental space where clients feel understood. I draw from evidence‐based practices while also paying close attention to each client’s lived experience, strengths, and goals.

I believe healing happens in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. My approach prioritizes trust, safety, and authenticity. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels respectful and empowering.

What you can expect from me

I work best with individuals who are navigating high levels of stress, emotional overwhelm, depression, anxiety, or life transitions, and who are seeking a thoughtful, supportive space to better understand themselves and regain stability.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to cope with ongoing pressures related to family, work, relationships, or legal and immigration‐related circumstances.

I am especially well suited to support clients who value a grounded, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. This includes individuals who may have experienced chronic stress, trauma, or uncertainty and want help processing their experiences while building emotional resilience and practical coping skills.
