Great to meet you!

For over 16 years, I've supported many people, just like you, in finding peace and joy in their lives. I will help you find a way forward to manage depression, navigate anxiety, heal from trauma, and learn how to be a good friend to yourself amidst life's complexities. I am a trauma informed CBT therapist and Licensed Professional Art Therapist who practices from an integrative approach, incorporating art therapy, mindfulness, IFS, and polyvagal theory into sessions, crafting a truly personalized plan for you. I also take a special interest in nutrition's influence on mental health and healing. For additional resources and to learn more about my practice, please visit my website at www.thesmallpeacestudio.com. I look forward to talking with you!

My approach to therapy

As a holistic, trauma-informed CBT therapist & licensed art therapist, I'll support you to process your experiences, make sense of your emotions, and learn new, helpful skills. I listen wholeheartedly and engage fully in each session, with the intention that you feel accepted, understood, and empowered to do the work you want to do in therapy.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we'll get to know each other and explore what brings you into therapy, as well as some of your background. We'll explore what you want to work on and what your hopes are for therapy. Together, we'll craft a personalized plan that feels like a good fit for you and your goals.
