Great to meet you!

I'm a Board Certified Art Therapist who offers a creative approach to therapy, including EMDR and DBT modalities, to work with your whole nervous system and go where words alone cannot. We'll work together to get you where you want to be and I'll guide you through it - the heavy feelings, anxiety/overwhelm, lingering trauma, disconnection - so that you can reattune to yourself and flourish.

My approach to therapy

Art therapy and EMDR work with how our nervous system processes information. These approaches strengthen how we learn coping skills and access experiences on a deeper level, allowing for work that gets to the root of the issue, leading to greater insight, internal shifts, and improved results. Creative experience is not necessary to benefit from art therapy.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step and it's important to find a therapist you connect with. If you'd like to see if we're a good fit, reach out and we'll set up a free 15-20 minute consultation call so you can share more about what you're looking for and do a vibe check before committing to an appointment.
