Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Diana Fresquez. My commitment as a therapist is to help you navigate your life experiences with compassion and understanding. I aim to assist you in healing from traumatic and stressful experiences, finding relief, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you're an adult, a couple, or a family, I am here to help strengthen your outlook and facilitate forward movement in your life.

I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, military and veteran support, PTSD, stress, trauma, and anxiety. My diverse experience allows me to connect with clients from various backgrounds and provide the support they need to overcome their challenges!

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe that everyone possesses inherent strengths that can be harnessed to resolve issues. My goal as a therapist is to help you discover, improve, and utilize these innate strengths to begin your healing journey. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice, as I find it highly effective in addressing various mental health concerns. However, I also understand that different situations require different approaches, and I tailor my methods to fit your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be heard and accepted during all sessions, but especially during our first session as we are finding out if we can work together for your goals in therapy. This session is for you to share your story and goals for our sessions in a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to be vulnerable and secure. Your goals are important, and we will work together to complete them. If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and personal growth, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.
